As a producer and production house, we debuted with the Bengali film ‘ASTRA’ which was highly appreciated by the masses. The film was widely released by us in more than 70 theatres in West Bengal.
We have already spread our wings into the Hindi Film Industry with back to back projects like ‘M.S.DHONI – The Untold Story’ (as original producer), ‘VARTAK NAGAR’ (as producer), ‘SIMRAN’ (as producer)and an animation film ‘AJOOBA’ (as producer).
The company looks ahead at producing more Hindi films as well as regional films of all genres.

Our mega events include music show ‘Yo Yo Honey Singh Live Concert’ in Kolkataand several English stage productions in Kolkata. In 2016, we associated ourselves with ‘Bijapur BullsS’ one of the teams of Karnataka Premier League (KPL), which is an Indian Twenty20 cricket league established by the Karnataka State Cricket Board (KSCA).
'M.S.DHONI' – The Untold Story’,being the original producer, we were the one to initiate the project with Inspired Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and the later released the film jointly with Fox Star Studios.Starring Sushant Singh Rajput and directed by Neeraj Pandey, the film is based on the life of one of the greatest alltime sports icon M.S.Dhoni. The film released worldwide on 30th September 2016, the first look of which was launched in 2014. The film was a huge success at Box Office.
'SIMRAN', the Kangana Ranaut starrer, directed by Hansal Mehtais a joint production with Paramhans Creations & T-Series. The film has been shot in India and the United States, and is scheduled for a worldwide release on 15 September 2017.
'VARTAK NAGAR' a Hindi feature film, is produced by us jointly with Non Stop Entertainment and Dione Entertainment in association with Kunal Kohli. Directed by debutant Atul Taishete, this coming of age film is a story of friendship among four young kids with a backdrop of the Bombay Mill Strike of 1980’s. Scheduled for a 2017 release, the film stars Jimmy Shergill and Raghu Ram (of MTV Rodies fame) in vital roles.
'AJOOBA', an animation film, in Hindi, is under production and is a directorial debut of Amit Agarwal. This children adventure film has lots of action and comedy which would entertain adults as well. Popular actors like Gulshan Grover, Tisca Chopra and Mukesh Khanna have given their voices for important characters in the film. The music has been scored by the Late Ravindra Jain.
We debuted with the Bengali film ‘Astra’ ‘ASTRA’ - our first in-house feature film production which was well received. Directed by Tathagata Bhattacherjee, the film was released on a large scale and celebrated a 50 Days run at the box-office on its first release. It won the Best Producer (Debut) Award at the 22nd Kalakar Awards and was nominated for Best Upcoming Playback (Female) Category at the Mirchi Music Awards Bangla 2012.The film features Dada Saheb Phalke Award Winner Shri Soumitra Chatterjee among others.2012.

We have always produced Entertainment and Cultural Events ever since our inception. Our entertainment event of ‘YO YO HONEY SINGH LIVE CONCERT’ was the biggest Christmas event in the year 2013. It was a lifetime memorable Christmas moment for the people of Kolkata.
We have regularly supported theatre. In March 2014, we got associated with Theatrecian, Ace Production and Spandan, for plays like‘Death of a Salesman’ (Directed by Alyque Padamsee) and ‘Nobody is Listening’.
We aim to produce more events in the near future for entertainment, theatre and folk culture of India and particularly of Bengal.
Born and brought up in Kolkata, India’s Cultural Capital, Amit started his career in the advertising and television world of Mumbai, India’s Commercial Capital.
He has worked as a Technical Director and Editor for several Feature Films (Bengali), AD Films, Television Shows, Corporate Films, Documentaries, Short Films, etc.
He expertises in Digital Filmmaking Technology from concept to completion and is confident to unleash any format of technology in the field of film, television and animation which is created internationally and keeps himself updated all the times.
One of the Key promoters of Digital Filmaking in Bengal, he took the challenge as a Technical Director to successfully execute the technical production & post works of TRISHNA, the 1st Digital Bengali film to release on a commercial scale, under his post production studio Adarsh Telemedia. The film’s technical standard was highly appreciated and boosted other filmmakers to shift to digital filmmaking technology. He was the first to set and experiment Color Grading (DI) setup Da Vinci Resolve in eastern India.
After building a name for himself in the technical circle ofthe Bengali Film Industry, he debuted as a producer with the Bengali feature film ‘ASTRA’, in which he worked as an Editor and Technical Director as well. He wonthe Best Producer (Debut) Award for the film at the 22nd Kalakar Awards (Kolkata) and the film wasnominated in the Best Upcoming Playback (Female) categoryin the Mirchi Music Award Bangla 2012.
Soon he joined hands with sports legend Mahendra Singh Dhoni for his Biopic and thus launched ‘M.S.DHONI – The Untold Story’ in the year 2014. He worked as the original producer of the film which was eventually released in the year 2016 and became a big success, paving the path for him to venture in further creative productions.
‘SIMRAN’ starring Kangana Ranaut in lead was released on 15th September, 2017 and ‘VARTAK NAGAR’ starring Jimmy Sheirgill and Raghu Ram in the lead roles is due for release in 2018.
Amit’s directorial debut ‘AJOOBA,’ is a full length Animation Film in Hindi is under production. This adverture film for kids has a very unique storyline and he believes that this unique IP has the potential to change the perception of Global viewers for an Indian Animation content.
